5 Steps to a Flawless Physical Inventory

You can do a physical inventory (PI) yourself – and it's easier than you think. PREPARATION IS the KEY.

Sign up for our 1 1/2-hour training session to learn and review the processes needed for a flawless physical inventory to be performed in your store. And there will be lots of time for questions and answers at the end of the training.

Retailers do a PI at the end of their fiscal year, which for many retailers ends on December 31st. Since doing a PI in Retail Pro is not a function that stores do frequently, many people get rusty or just forget how to complete the process.

If you wait until you are in the middle of taking your PI and then realize that you have forgotten the process, you will need to call our support line for assistance. If you have erroneously completed some steps, you may have caused irreparable damage to your inventory file.

We have 15 seats open for each PI training session, so sign up early to reserve your seat.
